Il Fiorista (NYC) is many things – all of them center around the beautiful benefits of flowers. Our NoMad location is home to a restaurant, floral boutique and education center that celebrate the various ways in which we can incorporate flowers into our lives.
At Il Fiorista, they’re exploring the benefits of flowers beyond the aesthetic. They believe that flowers can elevate a dish, positively impact health and wellness and bring people together. Under the direction of executive chef Garrison Price, the seasonal menu is rooted in Mediterranean flavours that highlight flowers and herbs in their many edible forms.

Creating a community
The multi-purpose space and programming are designed to foster a community around the many uses and benefits of flowers. Il Fiorista offer a variety of education classes – from DIY bouquet making to edible flowers 101 – as well as a private event space.
